Job Detail: Our client is a well established service provider covering range of services including residential, day services, domiciliary care for children and adult with learning disabilities, Autism and challenging behaviour. 

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager for a small service of 3 service user from age 18 to 45 & they are complex needs / challenging behaviour with learning disabilities.


All candidate\'s must have experience in managing a home that has service user\'s with a Learning Disability / Challenging Behaviour, & a minimum requirement for the role is an NVQ Level 3 or above & the candidate must be willing to complete Level 4 within 6 months of their employment & also their Registered Manager\'s Award 6 month\'s after that, also the successful candidate will need a driving licence & use of their own vehicle as there will be the requirement for them to be on call.
